Olives and homemade bread with za’tar (dip of wild thyme, sesame and black cumin)

Platters of mezze:
Humus di tahini, babaganoush and tzaziki
Chilli and salt pita crisps
Grilled merquez sausages

Main course:
Spiced yogurt crust butterfly leg of lamb.
Roasted sea bass in coriander sauce or chargrilled swordfish with chermoula.
Corn fed chicken kebabs (marinated in smoked paprika, garlic, lemon, chilli and cumin)
Spanikopita feta cheese and spinach filo pie

Side dishes:
Char grilled Mediterranean Vegetables Salad with toasted pinenuts
Lebanese fattoush salad (lettuce, mint, parsley, arabic bread, cucumber and sumac)
Chickpeas with fetacheese, spinach and sun blushed cherry tomatoes.
Trio of tomatoes with avocado, basil, lemon and an Ibicencan coldpressed olive oil-dressing

Desert:
Pavlova with passion fruit cream, summer berries and rose petals.
Chocolate dipped strawberries
