Angus started his career as a private chalet chef, enjoying many winters in the ski resorts. He is currently working as a private chef in the UK. In the summer months he works free lance in Ibiza cooking everything from family food to BBQ’s, as well as weddings and banquets……
Siobhan Belton has been cooking for 22 years. Starting in the restaurant trade, she progressed to gastro pubs, where she became head chef at The Engineer, in Primrose Hill, in 1997. She then catered for Mick Jagger and his family in their residence. Following that she moved on to cater for Mohammed Al Fayed and his family in their Oxted and Park Lane residences, travelling with them when required.
Her speciality is innovative, creative and cutting edge food.
She has recently attended a Raw Food Course. Also she spent three seasons cooking vegetarian food for Ibiza Yoga, which involved cooking healthy food for up to 30 people daily.
