Roast tournedo fillet of beef with horseradish creme fraiche and watercress.

Daily caught fish from the market with a choice of sauces.

Chocolate marbled cake with chocolate dipped strawberries and cream

Olives, bread with za’tar (middle eastern spice blend of wild thyme, sesame and black cumin, mixed with olive oil to make a runny paste to dip the bread. yummy!!)

Corn fed chicken kebabs (marinated in smoked paprika, garlic, lemon, herbs, chilli and cumin)
Spanikopita feta cheese and spinach filo pie

Jewelled herb couscous
Lebanese fattoush salad (Cos lettuce, mint, parsley, arabic bread,
